Our Shepherds

Our church is led by a plurality of qualified elders who are called to shepherd, teach, and oversee the congregation according to Scripture.

Elder-Led Church Government

Following the pattern established in the New Testament, our church is led by a plurality of elders (also called pastors or overseers). These men are called by God and affirmed by the congregation to shepherd the flock of God that is among them (1 Peter 5:1-4).

Praying for and with the congregation

Serving the practical needs of the church

Meet Our Elders

Ralph Hull

Elder

Ralph Hull has served as Pastor of Redeemer Covenant Church since December of 2024 and previously served in pastoral ministries for 12 plus years, both as a Lay Pastor in Mineral Wells, Texas and also as Lead Pastor of Grace Covenant Church in Gunnison, Colorado. Ralph and his wife Maureen reside in Findlay.

Caleb Carpenter

Elder

Caleb Carpenter has served as co-elder of Redeemer Covenant Church since December of 2024 and previously Deacon since October of 2019. Caleb and his wife Rachel have three boys and two girls, and reside in Arlington.

Garrett Eikenbary

Deacon

Garrett Eikenbary has served as Deacon since June of 2025. Garrett and his wife Brittany have one girl and one boy, and reside in Jenera.
